Thomas G. Harrigan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law.  He has been admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota since 1981.  He serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine.

Thomas G. Harrigan is a lifelong resident of the Minneapolis area and a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law.  During his twenty-five years of practice, he has been proud to have represented three generations of clients.  Tom Harrigan represents individual and business clients in litigation and arbitration of wrongful death, personal injury, and employment law claims. Tom Harrigan also represents clients in misdemeanor criminal cases.  In addition to his litigation practice, he serves as a neutral arbitrator in personal injury and employment related disputes.  He has been on the panel of arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association for the last 15 years.

Mr. Harrigan has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Twin Cities Business Magazine and Minnesota Law & Politics.  Most of Tom's clients are referred by existing clients and local attorneys who have continued to refer cases to him for over 20  years.  Tom Harrigan has obtained many substantial settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients in various types of personal injury and business litigation cases.  Tom Harrigan has negotiated the largest settlement ever reported involving a civil rights claim against a Minnesota municipality. In that case Mr. Harrigan obtained a settlement of $850,000.00 against a city police department due to sexual misconduct by a police officer committed against a minor female.

Mr. Harrigan will be glad to meet with you in person, over the phone, or by e-mail to review your case.  Tom looks forward to meeting with you to discuss your case at no charge for an initial office conference.
