payments. Mr. Michelson believes consumers
are not as well represented as they should

not practice consumer law. Mr. Michelson

Mr. Michelson has
twenty-five years of experience representing
clients with their dissolution of marriage,
paternity, child support, child custody, and
parenting-time (visitation) matters. He has
drafted hundreds of wills and other estate
planning instruments for his clients. He has
helped clients start dozens of corporations,
and he has counseled them as their
businesses grow and their legal matters
become more complex. He has filed and
prosecuted scores of mechanic's lien actions
and bond claims for his building-industry
clients. He has proudly represented many of
his business clients from the beginning of
his legal career.
